Ancient Recienne

Ancient Recienne means ‘old recipe’.

The concept of a ‘recipe’ on how to bezel round, pear, rounded corners, oblongs, pentagons and other crystal types, with a consistent formula or recipe! 
Build your own earrings with one, two or three pieces joined together, or use these in pendants and necklaces, the options are endless.

Join Paula for a night of beading in person at Banjos Bead House!

6pm to 9pm

The shop will be open from 5.30pm.
Please be ready to start your workshop at 6pm so that you don’t miss any important information.

Please Note: if you are late to class, you may be asked to wait until a suitable pause in tuition when your tutor will come and get you and catch you up so you do not interrupt the flow of the workshop.

To allow this class to proceed there is a minimum of three participants to ensure students receive the ideal level of personal attention there is a maximum of six students.

Skill Level:
This class is for advanced beaders. An understanding of peyote stitch and bezels would be helpful.

 

Cost:
$75 - this includes the 3 hours of Tuition, Printed Guide to Bezels, Tea/Coffee and snacks.

 

Kit:

There is no kit for this class, you will need a selection of the following items

• Faceted Glass Stones
• Seed Beads
• Findings

You can also purchase these items and other materials from the shop prior to the class or on the night.

 

Other items to Pack:

• Your preferred beading needle (we will have some available to purchase on the day if needed);
• Your thread of choice (fireline or OneG). Fireline is available to purchase on the day if need be;
• Sharp pointy scissors or thread zap;
• If you would like to bring a light/lamp for extra light, you are welcome to;
• Notebook/Pen/Pencil if you would like to take notes.

 

Tutor: Paula Gething.
Paula loves to bead … it is how she relaxes, gets creative and learns. Paula has been beading for more than 15 years, and her great thrill is that her passion for beading is being shared with others – either through teaching, sharing her craft or seeing others wear her finished jewellery.
Paula creates under the business name ‘On a String’.

 

Cancellations:
As this course is provided by a guest tutor no refunds will be available for cancellations unless we are able to sell your place to another student. If you need to cancel your booking and have someone willing to take your place in the class please contact Lynda to facilitate this change.

Should the course need to be cancelled full refunds will be paid.
